A flow rate-sensitive opening and closing blast barrier is disclosed. The flow rate-sensitive opening and closing blast barrier of the present invention provided in a marine structure comprises a plurality of fixed guides arranged apart from each other to provide a route on which fluid flows; and a plurality of opening and closing gate parts provided to correspond to the fixed guides. The opening and closing gate parts are usually opened to provide a route on which fluid flows and are closed by a flux of fluid in the event of explosion, thereby blocking explosion impact transferred to the other side of the blast barrier.
