The apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal according to embodiments of the present invention may include a display unit; and a control unit that automatically divides the screen of the display unit with respect to a touch input when an end of the screen or a part adjacent to the end of the screen is touched so that a multi-window is displayed on the display unit.
