<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly utilize an existing process program different in specification and also to perform cross plarforming among plural numeric controllers different in specification. SOLUTION: This controller directly utilizes an existing process program different in specification by referring to a conversion table 12 that stores a correspondence relation between a self-NC command code and other NC command codes which designate a function that is the same with the NC command code and executing the process program by reading and changing the NC command code a different in specification into the self-NC command code. Also, when a user arranges the table 12 that stores the relation between a standardized NC command code and an NC command code which is proper to a numeric controller corresponding to it in each numeric controller, a numeric controller different in specification is controlled with a user standard NC command code regardless of the specification of the numeric controller.</p> |
