PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for welding a secondary battery capable of coping with a compact square secondary battery.SOLUTION: A jig 1 for welding a secondary battery is constituted by a lid pressing part 3 for pressing a lid body 40 of the secondary battery 4 and a case holding part 2 for holding a case body 41 of the secondary battery 4 from the outer peripheral side. On the outer peripheral side of a terminal relief 39 in the lid pressing part 3 out of these two parts, a pressing side peripheral edge part 33 is provided which constitutes at least a part of a peripheral edge part of the lid pressing part 3. Then, on an opposing surface 30a in the pressing side peripheral part 33, a tapered region 30y is provided which forms a tapered surface. |
