<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refining rolling device capable of suppressing occurrence of dimness to a steel plate while suppressing replacement of a work roll, the refining rolling device performs refining rolling of the steel plate excellent in surface light.SOLUTION: The refining rolling device comprises at least: a first roll contacting to a steel plate passed to the refining rolling device; and a second roll contacting to the first roll and applying pressure to the first roll. And in addition, a contamination removing device for removing contamination deposited to a surface of the second roll is also disposed. Thereby, the refining rolling device capable of suppressing occurrence of dimness to the steel plate, while suppressing productivity reduction of a cold-rolled bright steel plate, is provided.</p> |
