摘要 A magnetic resonance based device and a battery are added to an ultra high frequency (UHF) band RFID communication device configured to be implanted into a body and communicate with the outside and the inserted device battery is charged wirelessly. An implantable UHF RFID tag device with a wireless power reception function according to the present invention includes: an energy matching circuit including a wireless power reception antenna receiving wireless power from the outside in a magnetic-resonance manner and configured to receive wireless power; an energy harvesting unit managing the received wireless power; a battery storing the received wireless power; a bio signal detection sensor detecting a signal of a body where the implantable UHF RFID tag device is inserted; a UHF communication unit storing the bio signal detected by the bio signal detection sensor and processing it to communicate with the outside; and a data matching circuit including a UHF antenna data-communicating with an external UHF communication device and configured to provide the data communication.
