METHOD FOR PREPARING LONGITUDINALLY REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL PREFABRICATED MEMBER, AND COMPOSITE MATERIAL

A longitudinally reinforced composite material prefabricated member, a method for preparing same, and a composite material comprising the prefabricated member. The composite material prefabricated member comprises a plurality of guide sleeves (10) and fibers (20) wound among the guide sleeves. The guide sleeves are arranged according to a predetermined path to form a predetermined shape, and filling sleeves (30) are arranged among gaps formed by a fiber laying path. The preparation method comprises the following steps: fixing a plurality of guide sleeves in parallel on a guide template to form a predetermined shape; determining positions of gaps of fibers according to a cross-sectional area of the guide sleeves, an arrangement density of the guide sleeves, and a predetermined winding path of the fibers; disposing filling sleeves, in parallel with the guide sleeves, on the guide template and at positions corresponding to the gaps to be formed on the fibers; winding the fibers among the guide sleeves and the filling sleeves; and performing compaction processing on the fibers wound among the guide sleeves, to obtain a composite material prefabricated member. By arranging the filling sleeves parallel with the guide sleeves among the gaps of the fibers, the longitudinal mechanical property of the composite material prefabricated member is greatly improved; and the production cost is not increased.
