PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction correcting agent and a lubricant composition reducing friction between parts of an engine and improving friction between a thin film and a boundary layer in the engine.SOLUTION: There is a lubricant composition obtained by adding a friction correcting agent having a specific amide group of acyl N-methylglycine and an acyl N-methylglycine derivative (for example, oleoyl sarcosine, lauroyl sarcosine, cocoyl sarcosine, 2-(N-methyl octadeca-9-en amide)acetic acid, 2-(N-methyl dodecane amide)acetic acid, 2-(N-methyl hexadecane amide)acetic acid, 2-(N-methyl octadecane amide)acetic acid, 2-(N-methyl icosane amide)acetic acid and 2-(N-methyl docosane amide)acetic acid and the like) and at least one kind of dispersants. |
