<p>A laser inspection machine for mother glass and a mother glass inspection method. The inspection machine comprises: a main body, a platform (10) disposed on the main body, a light absorbing layer (20) disposed on the platform (10), a laser transmitter which is disposed on the main body and opposite to the platform (10), and an image sensor (40) which is disposed above the platform (10) and opposite to the laser transmitter, wherein mother glass (50) is laid on the platform (10). In the laser inspection machine for mother glass, the flat-type platform (10) is used for laying of the mother glass (50), and the light absorbing layer (20) is provided on the platform (10); therefore, false detection of the image sensor (40) due to light reflection caused by the contaminated back side of the mother glass (50) is avoided, whether a product has an anomaly can be accurately determined to avoid false rework or rejection of the product, the production efficiency and the qualification rate are both improved, the man-hour is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is lowered. The mother glass inspection method is simple to operate, can well prevent false rework or rejection caused by false detection of a product, improves the production efficiency and the qualification rate, reduces the man-hour, and lowers the manufacturing cost.</p> |
