A guide sleeve for preparing a composite material prefabricated member. The guide sleeve has a three-dimensional net structure (10). The structure of the guide sleeve enables a composite material base body (such as resin) to flow through gaps of the guide sleeve easily. Therefore, fibers of the composite material prefabricated member woven by using the guide sleeve can be fully mixed with the base body in an immersion process, and the technical problem that a plurality of gaps exists due to insufficient mixing of the fibers with the base body is avoided. The guide sleeve is made of a flexible material, so that the guide sleeve has a flexible characteristic, and can be woven into a shape corresponding to the outline of the prefabricated member, which avoids the technical problem that the structure of the prefabricated member woven by using an existing guide sleeve is too simple.
