PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with a knurl in which slippage of fingers can be prevented when opening and closing thereby securely achieving opening and closing operations.SOLUTION: In a cap 21 with a knurl 33 having a top wall 23 and a side wall 30 hanging from an outer peripheral edge of the top wall, a plurality of knurls 33 comprising at least two ribs 34, 35, which are disposed in parallel and extend in an axial direction, and pressed parts 41, which are formed between the knurls 33 with predetermined spaces in a circumferential direction, are provided at an outer peripheral surface of the side wall 30, the ribs 34, 35 have first faces 37 rising from ends of the pressed parts 41 and second faces 38 positioned on the side opposite to the first faces 37, and a female screw 42, which engages with a male screw 13 of a bung hole 12, is formed in an inner peripheral surface of the side wall 30. In the cap 21, faces 37 on the pressed part 41 side of the ribs 34, 35 adjacent to both sides of the pressed parts 41 rise at an angle greater than that of the faces 38 opposite to the faces on the pressed part 41 side with respect to the outer peripheral surface 31. |
