The present invention relates to a method for extracting green hempseed oil using a supercritical fluid and to green hempseed oil produced thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing green hempseed oil containing unsaturated fatty acid which is beneficial for the human body by extracting oil from green hempseed in order to be refined and to green hempseed oil produced thereby. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: washing and drying green hempseed; roughly pulverizing the dried green hempseed; charging the pulverized green hempseed and a supercritical fluid in an extraction reactor; and pressing oil from the charged green hempseed.
