The present invention relates to a plant cultivation system for use in combination with natural light and artificial light. The plant cultivation system for use in combination with natural light and artificial light comprises a housing which has a plant cultivation space and irradiates the plant cultivation space with natural light by forming a part of the roof or a side wall to be transparent; an LED lighting unit for providing artificial light to the plants by being installed in the housing; an image sensor for obtaining images of the plant cultivation states and image information by being installed in the housing; a temperature and humidity sensor for sensing the temperature and the humidity in the housing; an insolation sensor for measuring the amount of solar radiation radiated into the housing; and a control module which receives the information sensed from the image sensor, the temperature and humidity sensor, and the insolation sensor and controls the LED lighting unit. By the configuration, natural light is used in combination with artificial light and the state of the inner environment is optimized according to the growth of plants, thereby improving productivity and economic efficiency.
