PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate a reservation call of a telephone control device from a radio terminal.SOLUTION: In response to a reservation instruction from a radio terminal 30, a call control unit 14B reserves a communication channel with an opposite terminal 40, and also disconnects a voice communication channel with the radio terminal 30. Using a data communication channel, a radio terminal control unit 14A instructs the radio terminal 30 to display a reservation call operation screen, having a disposed operation button to notify a telephone control device 10 of a reservation call operation request indicative of the content of the operation, on the basis of each operation to the reservation call, from the radio terminal 30 using the data communication channel, as an operation screen to perform a variety of operations to the reservation communication channel reserved by the radio terminal 30.
