The present invention relates to a method to transmit and receive data in a wireless sensor network which includes the steps of: receiving data information message from an end node; setting a first section information about an active region and an inactive region based on the data information message; transmitting the first section information to the end node; and transmitting or receiving data to or from the end node in the active region set in the first section information.
