A start-up sequence control apparatus compares preset power with discharge power of a high voltage battery which supplies a voltage required for a fuel cell start-up, compares a preset voltage with a voltage of an auxiliary battery which supplies power to a part of components of the vehicle, and performs one of first to third sequence control operations according to the comparison result. That is, an operation voltage of a high voltage bus terminal to be supplied to a motor of a vehicle from the high voltage battery is located within a preset range by controlling the operation of a first power converter to convert the voltage of the high voltage battery and the operation of a second power converter to convert the voltage of the auxiliary battery. |
