The present invention relates to a device for drying agricultural and marine products, which comprises a main body having an accommodating space therein and an air circulation path formed by a separation wall, which is mounted at one inner side of the accommodating space to separate at least a part of the accommodating space vertically, to circulate inner air between the upper and lower parts of the accommodating space; a first direction converting part for converting the direction of the inner air circulating through the air circulation path by being mounted at one inner side of the main body; and a heating means for heating the inner air circulating through the air circulation path by being mounted at one inner side of the main body. The present invention can improve the quality of an object to be dried by drying the object uniformly through a structure for converting the direction of the air circulating through the inside of the drying device. Further, working time can be reduced by converting the direction of air circulating through the inside of the drying device so that the position of the object dried in the drying device needs not to be adjusted. In addition, energy can be saved since only a small amount of energy is used for increasing the temperature of supplied air through the heat exchange between the air exhausted from the inside of the drying device and the air supplied into the drying device. |
