A lamp comprises an LED light source for emitting light. A combined heat sink and reflector (108) is thermally coupled to the LED light source (101, 102). The heat sink and reflector (108) comprise an internal surface (108a) for reflecting the light and an exterior surface. The internal surface and the external surface are uncovered such that heat is dissipated from the interior surface (108a) and the exterior surface (108b). |
