<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of shortening time during which a user waits until the completion of printing compared to conventional image forming systems when printing is performed using an image forming apparatus which switches to a power saving state.SOLUTION: An analysis result obtained by analyzing data related to the circumferential environment satisfies prescribed conditions, an information processor transmits an activation signal to an image forming apparatus. When receiving the activation signal, the image forming apparatus starts warm-up (step 426). In response to a print instruction from a user, an image display device transmits image data to the image forming apparatus (step 422), and the image forming apparatus executes printing of the image data (step 428). In this case, since the image forming apparatus has already started the warm-up, the time from the transmission of the print instruction to the execution of the printing is shortened compared to the conventional image forming systems.</p> |
