<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage device assembly having a large data storage capacity.SOLUTION: A data storage device assembly comprises: a housing; two hard disk cases to which data storage devices are mounted; and a mounting member. The housing comprises: two sidewalls; and a division plate which is linked between the two sidewalls, connectors are installed, respectively, on both sides of the division plate, a first engaging groove and a second engaging groove are provided, respectively, on the inner surface close to the connectors of the respective sidewalls, the respective hard disk cases comprise: first end plates; second end plates; and two side plates, pins are formed on the outer surface of the side plates, the two hard disk cases are installed on the division plate, their first end plates are positioned by facing each other, the data storage devices in the respective hard disk cases are connected to corresponding connectors, the pins of the two hard disk cases are engaged into the first engaging groove and the second engaging groove, respectively, and the mounting member is brought into contact between the first end plates of the two hard disk cases.</p> |
