摘要 The method for determination of location and type of damage in a branched overhead network 6-35 kV includes monitoring with lead device that is placed at substation of the feeding network and provides with scanning of the network preliminary collection of information on continuousness of the segments of the network through interrogation of the driven devices placed at the boundaries of the network at each end of the line of branched network, with feeding the high-frequency voltages of direct sequence to all the three phase wires of the power line, those are shifted one with respect to another by 120 °, and the drive device receives and registers the three-phase high-frequency voltage obtained by the lead device from each driven device separately, at that at common processing of all the registered high-frequency signals from all the driven devices the type of damage is determined. The method makes it possible to determine accurate distance to the location of damage by means of the method of scatterometry, after that the distance to the damage is laid to a pre-set map of the branched electric network, with determination of accurate coordinates, location and type of damage at the segment of the line determined previously.
