This vehicle-mounted heater device is provided with: a blower unit (11) to which an intake opening (11a) for taking in outside air to the interior is provided and that is provided below and to the front of a seat cushion (31) that is the seat of a vehicle seat (30); a warm wind formation unit (12) that is provided with a heater (22) therewithin and that forms warm wind by heating the wind from the blower unit (11); and a blow-out unit that blows out the warm wind from the warm wind formation unit (12) to the front of the seat cushion (31). Of the blow-out unit, at least a portion is positioned at the front surface of the seat cushion (31) and is concomitantly a front shield that is a decorative member.
