DONER FLIM, LASER INDUCED THERMAL IMAGING DEVICE AND METHOD USING THE SAME

Disclosed is a donor film. In particular, the present invention relates to a donor film, laser induced thermal transferring device and method using the same. With respect to the laser induced thermal transferring method, the donor film is used to efficiently pattern an organic light emitting layer on a large substrate using a laser beam. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the donor film includes a base material layer including at least one magnetic material; a light-heat conversion layer which is formed on one side of the base material layer and converts incident light into energy; a thermal transferring layer which is formed on one side of the light-heat conversion layer and is transferred to the substrate. The donor film, used for the laser induced thermal imaging, includes a magnetic body and the laser induced thermal transferring device performs a lamination process and a delamination process. Accordingly, a formation process of an organic light emitting layer of an organic light emitting display device can be improved.
