Disclosed is a method to manufacture an insulated electrical conductor for being used in high-voltage and large-capacity electrical devices by forming insulation coating on an electrical conductor. The method of the present invention comprise the steps of: shaping a conductor into a desired shape; pre-processing of cleaning the shaped conductor by removing foreign substances from surfaces of the conductor; attaching a masking sticker to a predetermined portion, where an insulation coating will not be formed, preventing the surfaces of the conductor from being coated; applying a coating material to the conductor to form the insulation coating, and drying and aging the insulation coating by heating; removing the masking sticker from the conductor; and post-processing the conductor with the insulation coating.
