Disclosed is an emergency exhaust apparatus for a coke fine bin. The disclosed emergency exhaust apparatus for a coke fine bin includes: an emergency chute for discharging a middle bullion inside the coke fine bin in an emergency situation; a skirt box installed on the bottom of the emergency chute; and a transfer conveyor installed on the bottom of the skirt box. In addition, the emergency exhaust apparatus for a coke fine bin includes: an input opening adjustment member installed on top of the exterior of the emergency chute to control the opening and closing degree of the input opening of the emergency chute; an output opening adjustment member installed on the bottom of the exterior of the emergency chute to control the opening and closing degree of the output opening of the emergency chute; and an interconnection member for synchronizing the input opening adjustment member with the output opening adjustment member.
