<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely supplying a high pressure gas while securing safety and enhancing gas supply efficiency by boosting pressure in a low pressure side line in advance, and by suppressing an abrupt rise of a gas temperature caused by heat insulation compression accompanied by the supply of the high pressure gas when supplying the high pressure gas to a low pressure side from a high pressure side via a switching valve which partitions a high pressure side line and the low pressure side line, in supply equipment which supplies the high pressure gas such as oxygen and an oxygen mixture gas to a filling vessel. <P>SOLUTION: When supplying the high pressure gas to the low pressure side line via the switching valve which partitions the high pressure side line in which the high pressure gas passes and the low pressure side line continuous to the filling vessel, the internal pressure of the low pressure side line is boosted in advance by connecting the high pressure side line and the low pressure side line to each other while making them straddle the switching valve, and by introducing the high pressure gas to the low pressure side line via a bypass line at which a flow rate adjuster and/or an internal-pressure adjuster is arranged, and after that, the high pressure gas is supplied by opening the switching valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
