A directional hinged jib (3c) positions an axis of the accessory unit on center of layout of cutting and slides in a tightening stud (5c) for immobilizing the hinged jib. The hinged jib is provided with an adhesive plug that is fixed under a sliding arm, where the plug is made from rubber.
