PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-current conversion circuit that can vary an output current in an overall input voltage range of differential input voltage varying dynamically in a range of 0 V to VDD. SOLUTION: The voltage-current conversion circuit includes: first and second MOS transistors connected between first and second load resistors and a first current source; and third and fourth MOS transistors connected between the first and second load resistors and a second current source. One and the other of differential input voltages are input into gates of the first and fourth MOS transistors, and a bias voltage is input into gates of the second and third MOS transistors. The bias voltage is set at a voltage high enough to turn on both second and third MOS transistors unless either of the differential input voltages is a supply voltage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
