An oil press comprises a housing, an electromechanical drive in the form of an electric motor, a gearbox and a clutch with an drive shaft, a working cylinder, on the lateral surface of which holes are made to drain the expressed oil, and to the working cylinder a closing part is attached which is designed as a nozzle with exit holes of cake and a tapered funnel and an adjusting locking cone mounted on the nozzle. In the case the working cylinder comprises a screw, whose shank is connected to the drive shaft and a support of rotation of the front part of screw is made in the nozzle of the closing part. On the closing part a tray is mounted for removal of cake, and on the housing a loading hopper is fastened, in which an agitator is mounted which is made in the form of a vertical shaft, whose one end is connected to the actuator, the other end – to the vertical screw feeder. Along the vertical shaft the horizontal spring-loaded fingers are secured which are made in the form of pins secured on the vertical shaft of the agitator with cantilevered plate springs with adjustable cantilever span and the rods of fingers are attached to the plate springs. |
