PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect a great amount of information in a short amount of time by using communication channels efficiently and avoiding the congestion.SOLUTION: An information collection system includes: an information terminal comprising input means for receiving input information and communication means for transmitting the input information to a center apparatus via a communication channel preassigned on the basis of identification information given in advance; and the center apparatus comprising center communication means for communicating with the information terminal, center storage means for storing center communication information, which is communication information transmitted/received to/from the information terminal, and center display and input means for displaying the center communication information and receiving an input of center input information.
