The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device which enhances a contrast ratio. The organic light emitting display device according to the present invention comprises first and second electrodes, facing each other, on a substrate; a red emitting layer formed between the first and second electrodes; green and blue emitting layers; a hole transport layer formed between the first electrode and the light emitting layer; an electron transport layer formed between the second electrode and the light emitting layer; and a current control layer formed by mixing hosts and guests between each of the red and green emitting layers and the electron transport layer. A lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) potential of each of the host and the guest of the current control layer is characterized by being lower than the LUMO potential of the host of the electron transport layer.
