PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolation structure capable of preventing laminated rubber of a laminated rubber bearing from being torsionally deformed and delivering sufficient base-isolation performance.SOLUTION: In a base-isolation structure, a laminated rubber bearing 3 is: placed between a first structure (a superstructure 2) and a second structure (a substructure 1) which are vertically separated from each other; fixed to the first structure; and rotatably connected to the second structure. The base-isolation structure 3 has a connection fixture 6 which is fixed to the second structure and rotatably connected to the laminated rubber bearing 3. A connection section between the laminated rubber bearing 3 and the connection fixture 6: enables the laminated rubber bearing 3 to rotate around a vertical axis; and contacts an outer periphery of the laminated rubber bearing 3 to prevent a relative position of the laminated rubber bearing 3 with respect to the connection fixture 6 from changing. |
