<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasticization unit of a vent-type multi-row injection molding machine in which a raw material can be efficiently supplied, vent-up is surely prevented, hours required for change of the raw material can be conserved, and raw material loss is small.SOLUTION: Provided is a plasticization unit for a vent-type injection molding machine that comprises: a raw material supply part; a first stage; a mixing part; and a second stage, and includes a vent part right after the mixing part. The second stage is made a multi-row shape of at least three rows, a pitch of a thread groove of the second stage is made larger than a pitch of a thread groove of the first stage, a cross section of the thread groove of the second stage is made smaller than a cross section of the thread groove of the first stage, and a supply amount of a raw material is adjusted so that a small amount of a raw material may at any time reside in a cylinder of the raw material supply part.</p> |
