<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide staff assignment for medical workers capable of appropriately accommodating to calls.SOLUTION: A nurse call system records, in a storage unit 16 as call history information, a time from when a call operation part 3 is operated, via a notification by a notification part 14, till a restoration operation part 6 of a restoration device 5 provided near a nurse call slave machine 1 is operated; and calculates a score representing an overlap degree on the basis of at least one or more of the number of overlapping calls for each time zone, the number of calls having overlapped, and times when calls are overlapped, and presents them to a presentation unit 17. Consequently, the number of medical workers to be assigned to a same time zone on and after the following day is set according to the score representing the overlap degree. Namely, few medical workers are set to a time zone where the number of calls are many, but the score representing the overlap degree is low, and many medical workers are set to a time zone where the number of calls are few, but the score representing the overlap degree is high.</p> |
