A touch panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate in which an effective area and a non-effective area surrounding the effective area are defined; printing layers which are printed on the non-effective area; and a sensor unit which emits light in a direction of the substrate and receives light. The printing layer includes: a first white layer printed on the substrate; a second white layer printed on the first white layer; and a black layer printed on the first and second white layers. A method for manufacturing a touch panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of preparing a substrate in which an effective area and a non-effective area surrounding the effective area are defined; printing printing layers on the non-effective area of the substrate; and depositing a transparent electrode layer on the effective area, wherein the step of printing the printing layers includes: printing a first white layer on the substrate; printing a second white layer on the first white layer; and printing a black layer on the first and second white layers. |
