METHOD FOR PRODUCING PLURIPOTENTIAL CELLS

The invention relates to biotechnology, namely to the production of pluripotential cells. The method involves introducing RNA into the cells of an umbilical-placental complex, which RNA has at least one sequence that provides for the transition of the cells into a pluripotential state. The method makes it possible to efficiently produce pluripotential cells from the umbilical-placental complex cells that do not yet acquire somatic mutations, thereby reducing the probability of oncogenesis and other negative consequences of reprogramming.
