The invention provides an acrylic elastomer having exceptional adhesiveness with a fluoroelastomer, an acrylic elastomer composition, a laminate, a cross-linking substance, and a molding member. An iodine group is introduced into the acrylic elastomer as a cross-linking group, and the iodine constitutes 0.1-2% by mass of the total mass of the elastomer. The acrylic elastomer composition is obtained by combining 1-7 parts by mass of an organic peroxide and 1-5 parts by mass of an onium salt with 100 parts by mass of the acrylic elastomer. Furthermore, the laminate is obtained by laminating an acrylic elastomer layer comprising the acrylic elastomer composition, and a fluoroelastomer layer comprising a fluoroelastomer composition principally containing a fluoroelastomer having an iodine group as a cross-linking group. A cross-linked material and/or a molding member is formed by cross-linking the laminate.
