A puncher has a base, an upper cover, two cutters and at least one spring. The base is made of plastic and has a base recess capable of receiving paper. The upper cover is made of plastic and is pivotally connected to the base. The cutters are mounted on the base, are capable of being driven by the upper cover and longitudinally moving relative to the base, and are located between a pivoting point and an opening of the base recess. The at least one spring is mounted between the base and the upper cover. Accordingly, the puncher has a reverse-fulcrum structure. |
