<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-ray shielding film which is excellent in heat-ray shielding property and visible ray transmissivity and has excellent weather resistance and high heat insulating performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat-ray shielding film provided with at least a heat ray reflecting layer and a surface protective layer in this order on one surface of a plastic film, wherein the surface protective layer is a layer of silicon oxide containing carbon formed by a plasma CVD method, and when the composition of the layer of silicon oxide containing carbon is expressed by the general formula SiOxCy, the value of x is in the range of 1.5 to 2.0 and the value of y is in the range of 0.01 to 0.30.</p> |
