<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for limiting an access to a small-sized base station in a heterogeneous network constituted by a base station having a large number of accommodation persons (for example, a macro-cell base station) and a low-cost, small-sized base station having a small number of accommodation persons (for example, a femto-cell base station and a pico-cell base station).SOLUTION: In a radio communication system including a first base station (for example, a gateway base station) and a second base station (for example, an offload base station in a local area network) connected to the first base station, the first base station transmits connection history information, indicating that a terminal is connected to the first base station, to the second base station. The second base station receives the connection history information, to determine whether the terminal can be connected to the second base station on the basis of the connection history information.</p> |
