A display device includes a display panel which has a display region to display an image and a non-display region formed in at least one side of the display region; a window base which has a light transmission region corresponding to the display region and a light shielding region corresponding to the non-display region, and faces the display panel; a black matrix layer which is provided on a surface of the display panel direction of the window base on the light shielding region; a step difference reducing part which touches the black matrix layer in the light transmission region; and a bonding layer provided between the display panel and a window member which comprises the black matrix layer and the step difference reducing part.
