The present invention relates to a Dutch type coffee extractor having a new structure which is easy to be managed and to keep extracted coffee cool. A Dutch type coffee extractor according to the present invention has a configuration which a storing container (30) and an extracting container (40) are stored in a case (10) and a cooling mean (20) is provided in the case (10) thereby cooling the stored coffee in the extracting container (40). Therefore, it is possible to prevent insects or foreign substances from entering into the extracting container (40) which the upper surface is opened and cool the storing container (30) and the extracting container (40) while coffee is extracted so as to minimize that the smell of coffee disappears. In addition, there is no need to separately store the storing container (30) in the refrigerator so that it is convenient to use. |
