<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of detecting temperature of a semiconductor device with a simple hardware and software.SOLUTION: A power supply device 11 includes: plural semiconductor devices 13; a board 15 which is mounted so that, when the plural semiconductor devices 13 are activated, the operation temperature of any semiconductor device 13 gets higher with respect to the other semiconductor devices 13; and a temperature detector 17 provided to the semiconductor device 13 mounted on the board 15 so that the operation temperature gets higher.</p> |
