The method includes: a data transmission end replaces the data every other N periods with frame headers in the data channels, sequentially stores the data replaced by the frame headers in the data channels in a Deskew channel, and transmits the data in the data channels and the Deskew channel to a data reception end; the data reception end judges the positions of frame headers of the data channels and the Deskew channel, calculates the deviations of the data channels according to the positions of the frame headers, and carries out periodic compensation for the data channels by utilizing the calculated derivations to ensure that the frame header of each data channel and the frame header of the Deskew channel keep the same relative relationship as in the data transmission end; and the frame headers in the data channels are replaced with the data in the corresponding Deskew channel to complete data recovery. A high-speed multi-channel data transmission system and a relevant apparatus are also disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The alignment and recovery of 400 Gb/s multi-channel data can be implemented by the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention, and the speed of the data recovery alignment is increased.
