PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium that uses a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device, in which data is surely erased in units of files and a file leak accident is prevented as much as possible.SOLUTION: In a file recording method for a storage medium that uses a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device having a plurality of erasure blocks each of which is constituted of a plurality of memory cells whose data is erased all at once: (a) only one file is stored in one erasure block; or (b) predetermined data or random data is overwritten to memory cell bits storing a file to be erased. |
