The invention provides a pre-coating device and a pre-coating method, which can substitute the hairbrush coating and carry out the pre-coating effectively. The pre-coating device used for coating on the coated surfaces of the welding parts or edge parts of a construction, comprises a coating pump (3) supplying a pre-coating coating at a specified pressure; a spraying part (15) for controlling the spraying of the coating supplied by the coating pump (3); a coating nozzle (18) operating the spraying part (15) to spray coating and possessing a mist spray guiding device (30)which keeps a certain distance between the coated surface of a pre-coating part and the front end part of the nozzle, is opposite to the coating spraying direction of the coating nozzle (18) and is expanded along the expansion of the coating sprayed by the coating nozzle (18). |
