PURPOSE: A system for recognizing multi-touch, a control method, and a recording medium are provided to implement a multi-touch function in a device which does not include a multi-touch interface by using a successive dragging combination and successive point selection. CONSTITUTION: A user input unit(110) generates a drag input signal and a point selection signal according to the control of a user. A signal determination unit(120) determines the input of a user based on the drag input signal and the point selection signal. When the drag is inputted in a point which is finally selected by the user, a multi-touch recognition unit(130) recognizes coordinates for the selected points with a multi-touch method.
