FIELD: sports.SUBSTANCE: device for training muscles comprises a platform on which the vertical hollow supports are installed, a frame which side racks are placed in the hollow supports, the lower crossbar of the frame is located under the platform and is connected via a rope through the pulley system with a mechanism to increase the load, comprising installed on the same axis with the ability to rotate and interconnect the rope-moving pulley, a rope fixing assembly, and a wheel for manual external control of the load. The axis is rigidly connected to one of the hollow supports, the upper crossbar of the frame is connected to a bracket which is attached to a soft roller creating a load on the athlete, and using the rope through the pulley system, is connected to the load. In the soft roller a tension sensor is built in, which is connected to a digital indicator fixed to the wheel, and the rope fixing assembly is connected to the handle for load control of the athlete.EFFECT: capability of smooth or discrete change of load under conditions of passive stretching of muscles, depending on the individual morphofunctional state of knee and hip joints of the athlete.2 cl, 3 dwg |
