<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draw latch which has a hook member and an operation lever not rotated to be fixed when not used, and is attached to a lock of an existing structure, and a container using the same.SOLUTION: A container 9 includes a container body 91 having an upper opening part 94 surrounded with a side wall 93, a cover body 92 put over the opening part 94, and a draw latch 1 for fastening abutting surfaces 10 of both. A latch body 2 of the draw latch 1 is attached onto an edge of the container body 91 nearby the abutting surface 10, and a reception part 3 is attached onto an edge of the cover body 92 nearby the abutting surface 10 opposite the latch body 2. When the container body 91 is arranged with the opening part 94 down, an operation lever 5 and a hook member 6 of the draw latch 1 are held by a holding member 7 in a brought-down state not to project downward from the opening part 94.</p> |
