PURPOSE: A biomarker protein which is able to diagnose ethylbenzene poisoning is provided to detect expression level of one or more protein and sensitively and specifically detect ethylbenzene poisoning. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing ethylbenzene poisoning comprises a biomarker protein or antigen which specifically binds to immunogen fragment thereof. The biomarker protein is tranketolase having about a molecular weight of 68kDa and pI value of 7.3, aldehyde dehydrolase family 7-like protein having a molecular weight of 59kDa and pI value of 7.99, type I keratin KA17 having a molecular weight of 48kDa and pI value of 4.97, or a rat liver-derived glass glutathione S-transferase having a molecular weight of 2.6kDa and pI value 8.6. The kit is a kit for ELISA. |
